Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport (GDN) - City Center
SKM train
Ticket prices depend on the distance between stations. Tickets can be purchased at most stations from ticket offices or ticket machines. Important: Tickets purchased at the ticket office should be validated at the validation machine located on the platform, while tickets purchased from the ticket machine are valid for the next train on the indicated route and do not require re-validation.
NOTE: ZTM Gdańsk ticket machines also sell tickets for SKM trains. In this case, the ticket must also be validated before boarding the train.
Detailed information about SKM HERE.
Buses and trams
Tickets can be purchased at ticket offices located at main bus and tram stops. You can pay in cash (coins and banknotes - 10 PLN and 20 PLN) or by credit card at ticket offices. Tickets can also be purchased at ZTM Gdańsk kiosks and sales points. Buses and trams run regularly and frequently.
Bus number 110 connects the airport to Śródmieście (city center). The journey takes approximately 40 minutes.

Taxi
The price for a ride from Gdańsk Airport to the city center is approximately 70 PLN. The journey takes about 20 minutes. It's worth choosing a vehicle designated as recommended by the airport, such as Neptun Taxi. This guarantees a fair price and high-quality service. PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Gdańsk's public transport system is extensive, reliable, and integrates trams, buses, and commuter trains (SKM and PKM) to connect the city and the wider Tricity areaTickets for buses and trams are the same, while train tickets are separate.
- Types: Options include single-ride tickets, time-based tickets (e.g., 24-hour, 72-hour), and metropolitan tickets that cover all modes of transport across the entire Tricity area.
-
Where to Buy: Tickets can be purchased from:
- Ticket machines at most stops and stations (accept cash and cards).
- Kiosks and sales points.
- Mobile apps like Jakdojade, moBILET, SkyCash, and GoPay, which also offer route planning.
- From the driver (cash only, exact change recommended, and considered a last resort).
