REGISTRATION
All participants must be registered. It is advised to register in advance. Any person who is not registered will not have access to the session halls and exhibition area.
Please keep in mind, that abstracts without any registered author will be excluded from the Conference Scientific Programme.
HOW TO REGISTER
To register for the Conference please sign in to Oxford Abstracts using this link. If you are new to Oxford Abstracts, create an account first. To finish the registration process successfully, you are required to choose the adequate registration fee and submit the form. Upon submitting the Registration Form, you will have an option to download the Invoice. You will receive the Registration Confirmation by email.

Abstract submission and conference registration are accessible by signing to the Oxford Abstracts. You can always log in into your account and see the status of the registration and the invoice.

* Student fee is applicable until the age of 26 years, students shall submit a document of their school or university proving the age and student status when they register.

Members may not apply for the Member Participant Fee if they are not an active member. To become a member, please register here.

PAYMENT METHODS
Registration fees must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:

1. CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
For credit or debit card payments, please choose this option once you finish your registration. The Oxford Abstract system is accessible with the password that you received upon registration. The system uses Stripe for online payment and accepts MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa and Amex.

2. BANK TRANSFER
For bank transfer payments, please choose this option once you finish your registration. The Oxford Abstract system is accessible with the password that you received upon registration.
The invoice can be downloaded from the system at any time you login once you are registered.

The invoice includes all bank details needed for the money transfer. Please use the Invoice number as a payment identifier. Please note that payments without this payment identifier will not be identified and the registration will not be confirmed.

Please note that bank transfer payments will only be accepted by September 29, 2023. After this date, only payments by credit/debit cards will be accepted.

All bank transfer amounts should be minus bank charges. Any banking fees accrued from the transfer is the responsibility of each party.

FINAL INVOICE - RECEIPT
The final and taxable invoice will be sent to your email address after June 1st July 3rd, but the earliest 14 days from the receipt of the payment.
TRANSFERS; CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS
  • Registrants may transfer their registration to a colleague at any time. For any change of name an administration fee of 50 EUR will be charged.
  • All cancellations must be notified in writing (email) to the Conference Department according to the following conditions:
    • Refunds will be processed AFTER the Conference.
    • Requests for refunds made after December 30th, 2023 will not be considered.
CANCELLATION TERMS AND CHARGES
If a change or cancellation made by a participant regarding registration results in a refund, we reserve the right to charge a 50 EUR handling fee.

After September 19, 2023 No refund will be made
JURISDICTION
EDTNA/ERCA Head Office is Hergiswil, NW; the place of jurisdiction is Stans, Switzerland.
RESPONSIBILITY
The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organizers should the holding of the Conference be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the nonappearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
STATEMENT BY EDTNA/ERCA AND DATA ADMINISTRATORS ON PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF DATA
Data administrators declare that they and their employees will collect, manage, handle and store any personal, professional or financial data for the constitutional remit of EDTNA/ERCA only, and according to Swiss Law, EU regulations and national law of contracted service providers involved. The collected and managed data shall not be used for commercial purposes or sold to third parties. Every person and entity involved has the right to get information from EDTNA/ERCA on his or her personal data collected and managed by EDTNA/ERCA and its partners at any time and ask for complete deleting.

Employees of the administrators or other individuals who process personal data under contract with the administrator and other persons are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of all data as mentioned above, even after termination of employment or work. The leading legislation is the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DPA; Law stated as at 01-Aug-2014), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), implementation of 25.05.20 and national law of contracted service providers are involved.
